This very early Fordson F is believed to have been built in Ireland in the autumn of 1919. The serial number is not known because the engine has been changed to a CLM 2-cylinder 2-stroke diesel with electric start. The rear axle has no grooves for the wings, making this a very early build. It starts easily and runs well, and we believe it has a high top gear because we have timed it at over 10 mph! It left the factory without any brakes, but it has been retro-fitted with a footbrake acting on the differential input shaft. Very rare and usable.
